Welcome to Autopilot.com.cy, operated by Business Revolution, registered in Cyprus. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

Nature of the Service

Auitopilot.com.cy is an online marketplace that allows professional dealers and private owners to list and browse vehicles for sale.

We do not own, buy, or sell vehicles and are not a party to any transaction between users.

Definitions

 Platform: The website and services provided by Autopilot.com.cy

  • User: Any person who accesses or uses the platform
  • Seller: A user who lists a vehicle
  • Buyer: A user who views or purchases a vehicle
  • Listing: Any vehicle advertisement posted on the platform

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements to use this platform.
  • Have legal capacity to enter contracts under applicable EU law.

User Accounts

  • Users may be required to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

Listings and Content

  • Sellers must:

    • Provide accurate and truthful information

    • Disclose:

      • Mileage accuracy
      • Accident history
      • Mechanical issues
    • Ensure the vehicle is legally owned and transferable
    • Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings
    • Listings must not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information

    • 🚫 Prohibited listings include:

    • Stolen vehicles
    • Vehicles with falsified documentation
    • Misleading or deceptive ads
    • Vehicles with undisclosed major defects

    • We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion.

Consumer Protection (EU Compliance)

  • If a seller is acting as a trader (dealer/business) under EU Consumer Rights Directive, they must:

    • Clearly identify themselves as a business
    • Provide full business contact details
    • Comply with consumer rights (e.g., transparency, fair pricing)

    • ⚠️ Private sellers are generally not subject to the same obligations, but must still avoid misleading practices.

Fees and Payments

  • Listing or premium services may require payment
  • All fees are clearly stated and non-refundable unless specified otherwise
  • We are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated 
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers
  • Fees are non-refundable, unless required under EU law

Transactions

  • The platform acts as a marketplace only, not a party to transactions
  • We are not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers

  • Buyers and sellers are responsible for:

    • Negotiations
    • Payment arrangements
    • Transfer of ownership
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles

We strongly recommend:

  • Conducting independent vehicle checks
  • Verifying seller identity

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Post misleading or fraudulent listings
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform 
  • Interfere with platform security

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform (branding, application, logos, text, design) is owned by or licensed to Autopilot.com.cy and protected by intellectual property laws.

Privacy

  • Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

We do not guarantee:

    • Accuracy of listings
    • Availability of the platform
    • Successful sales

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopilot.com.cy shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Disputes between users

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.
  • Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
